It started out well enough on the first visit for a cleaning. After that i had an appointment for a root canal, I got a temporary put on that they could never get fitted correctly, had to go back before i got my permanent to get reseated and it still was never right and my mouth was in pain the entire wait for my new crown. Also during the time my temporary crown was done the Doctor took it upon herself to drill out and fill two old fillings inside my mouth without any type of consent or talking about them beforehand, I went into the bathroom halfway through my appointment and had to come back and ask why my other teeth had been drilled. When i finally got my crown put on, it took 4 appointments for them to get it seated to where it wasn't completely terrible. But that entire side of my mouth that had work is literally worse than it was before I needed the work done on crown. Many times I was told just to "Give it time" and "Don't think about the pain" and that should help.... And my favorite line from the Doctor was "My fillings were in pain 8-9 months before it stopped and now i have no issues." So its supposed to be some badge of honor that it takes almost a year for pain to settle from getting fillings/cavities redone? Now about 4 months later I still have the pain in the crown that was redone and my fillings that were redone and that tooth are still very sensitive to hot and cold anything which makes it hard to use that side of my mouth.. Basically the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any dentist has been here.

I am probably one of the worst dental patients in the whole world. I am always nervous, I gag and I grind... well not this time. I had a truly great experience this past Monday @ New Image Dentistry- Dr. Nosrati was there like a big sister with all love and patience in order to help me to overcome all my past bad experiences. I have been going here for about 3 years. Had a lot of work to be done after not going to a dentist for a while but the staff here made it very easy with scheduling and getting things done in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly and considerate.
