My daughter went to get her teeth cleaned and she said that the dentist and the assistant was making fun of a co-worker bc she was crying and running to the bathroom and and had been most of the morning that they was also imitating how she was acting. To me that's very childish and unprofessional. She said the staff wasn't very friendly either. I will start looking for another dentist to take my daughter to.

Great Plains has been taking care of me and my family for 5 years all the staff is courteous and professional and have always been great to work with. The office is always clean and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment.

I absolutely hate going to the Dentist. But, Let me make one thing clear...when I say I loved my dentist appointment, I really mean it. I worked with Amber from the front, who was so nice and welcoming while helping me choose a finance option. Dr. Andrews & Jess made me feel so comfortable, and had me laughing the entire time...and they were hysterical: D . Dr.. Andrews pulled my wisdom tooth that I've been dealing with for years that other Dentists said needed oral surgery. Wrong. He pulled it super quick and I literally felt nothing. I didnt even know it was done. That gentle. I was in and out rather quickly. I Truly enjoyed my experience with this office and its AMAZING staff. There's just an aura of trust and kind heartedness that you don't find Anywhere else. ♡

I was apprehensive about going to a new to me dentists due to a bad experience previously. The staff and Dr were amazing! They treated me with respect and dignity. And I was blown away when my phone rang about and hour and a half after my procedure...it was the Dr herself calling to see how I was feeling! I have never had a dentist call to check on me! I am happy to say that my family will be using Great Plains from now on! Thank you!

I had to go to see Dr Flores and he was going to try and pull another tooth for me. He worked very carefully trying to get it out but it would not come out. He refered me to an oral surgeon and I was able to get in with them today and was able to get it out. Thank you Dr Flores for helping me and getting me the relief I needed.

They was very easy and did an awesome job!! The dental assistant was great!! And the receptionist was right on my insurance and they all worked together with the dentist to refer me to get my teeth pulled!!
