I arrived at Great Plains Family Dentistry a few minutes before 5:00 a.m. I remained in my car until several other people arrived. The Clinic holds a free clinic once a year. I am so pleased with the kindness and respect given by the staff (some in from OKC). The event was well organized with people showing us directly where we needed to go, explaining everything along the way. Thank you Great Plains!

I am beyond great full for the free tooth extraction, I have been in agony for over a year! Dentist was so nice and kind and helped me thank you guys so much and all the staff was just amazing!

I would not recommend this place at all. They did a test for cancer without confirming that it was part of my insurance, which it wasn’t. They also are so booked out that my “so called” cavities wouldn’t be taken care of for 3 months past the initial cleaning. Plus I don’t think that it was that great of a cleaning service as I would want, expected or need if I did have 2 cavities.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My mother is a patient there and has been given the run around for weeks. She's supposed to be receiving a set of teeth that was supposed to come in over a month ago. She's tried calling with no one calling her back. I also tried calling. Finally got ahold of someone via live chat and they said they would reach out to her but it's been 2 days and nothing. Maybe this review will get their attention.... this is definitely not how you treat patients.
