Front staff was friendly and welcoming. Heather in the back was amazing, so sweet & patient. She took time to explain things and made the whole experience more comfortable for my kids. Dr. Flores was down to earth and tried to relate to my kids, which also helped relax them during their appointments. Highly recommend Great Plains Family Dentistry of Enid!

Had previously left a positive review but after 6 months and still not being able to eat normally and constant pain that hasn't subsided definitely giving that a change. Also billed for an appointment I couldn't even go too. Called and left messages and never got called back. Going to have to go somewhere to fix my mouth. Do not recommend

I didn't even have an appointment,I was in extreme pain,I had so many issues figuring out what to do,I literally was ready to give up,they instantly made me feel comfortable,helped me quickly,and told me things that nobody else would even try to figure out,found out I had a fractured tooth,and they got someone to help me at 10am the next day,in so excited to finally get relief after 2 weeks of life changing trauma I prayed so much for help and they were there in a very quick manor,I would highly recommend great plains family dentistry for any and all your needs,thank you to all that helped me,you are a God send

Everyone was very polite and helpful at this dental office. The dental hygienist, Linda explains every part of your cleaning. Rhonda did nice job polishing my teeth. Anxiety is issue with me, always make me comfortable during a procedure or cleaning.
