Everyone was nice, professional and courteous. Each person we encountered made my high anxiety, autistic daughter feel safe. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and were patient with her. I’d recommend to anyone - child or adult!

Quick to get in and so patient and gentle with our little girl. They did an absolutely amazing job ! Clean place and calm atmosphere. 10/10 only place I will take my children!

First of all I want to say I have major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and having work done on my teeth. Today I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at this facility by Dr. Andrews and his wonderful assistant who’s name slips my mind. They were absolutely fantastic and patient throughout the whole experience. They made the removal tolerable and they were done before I knew it. They were also thorough about the aftercare instructions and what to avoid.
I highly recommend them, especially if you have anxiety over dental work. Cheers y’all and thank you for the outstanding service

I have been bringing my kids here for all of their dental needs for the last couple of years and usually have a pleasant experience. Today however we had a new woman helping the dentist and she was very rude. She threatened to make me go sit in the waiting room with my 3 year old because he was "making too much noise" mind you, he wasnt throwing a fit or doing anything wrong, he just got loud for a few seconds, you know, because hes 3! She clearly has no patience for children and made us feel very unwelcome. Super disappointed in how the visit today went.

The customer service just was not there at my appointment today. I got pulled back and the dental hygienist did not say a word to me and started slapping stuff on me. Next time I would like to AT LEAST know your name and job title before anything

At Great Plains Family Dentistry, Hygienist Brook and her assistant April were incredibly kind and professional with excellent chair side manners as are the rest of the staff at Great Plains Family Dental of Enid. Dr. Flores, the dentist of the Enid-Great Plains location, is also the best dentist I’ve ever used…and I’ve used many. He’s extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and skilled. If you’re jaded by dentists who are rough, unkind, or have given you unsatisfactory dental work, you should try Great Plains of Enid…they’ll make it right. They’re very affordable, too…they work with you. Update: April of 2022: New dental assistant Rhonda was very kind, gentle, and thorough with great chair-side manners. Hygienist Tiffany was also very kind, thorough, and gentle. Dr. Flores, Office Manager Amber, and the other assistants…Tara, Jessica and Amy…and are also excellent members of the Great Plains staff. I highly recommend this office…especially if you’re squeamish of dental procedures.

My son is terrified of dentist, he has had 2 dental procedures and his anxiety has cause another dentist to ask us not to come back. The first time I took him they tried for an hour and didnt even get a cleaning. The next two trips were successful and he now is no longer afraid. The younger male dentist they have is amazing and I hope.he stays along time or my son can follow him wherever he goes.

Hands down best dentistry ever! They are very patient with you and answer every question with a very knowledgeable answer! I’m very picky with my teeth because of how sensitive they are and they where as gentle as can be! Definitely recommend going through them!!
