Best denstry that I have ever gone to. They are nice, polite and always respectful. Explains everything. Will never go anywhere else.

This was my fourth visit to Elwood Ave Dental. I had a toothache on the first visit. The dentist I had been using for the past 2 years after he bought out the guy, I had used for 10 years, changed his office hours and I needed help that day. I found another dentist that could get me that day. He sent me to an Endodontist for further evaluation. When I heard back their choice of service, I wanted another opinion. That's where Elwood comes in. One of the people I work with uses them, so I set an appointment and told them my issue. They took x-rays and confirmed my skepticism. Dr. Schuyler told me for my age the wear on my teeth was normal and it didn’t look like I was grinding my teeth, nor did she see any fracturs in the tooth. She did find an issue with a lower molar and suggested a crown, because the filling showed signs of breakdown. This took care of that issue. Then another couple of months went by and the pain returned to the upper pallet. I went back looking to get a crown on a tooth the emergency dentist had told me was my issue. Turns out that wasn’t the issue this time either. She did a 3-D scan and found an infection that didn’t show on the oral exam. I was sent to a different Endodontist for a root canal because it was on a previous bridge work that needed special attention. It was Dr. Schuyler just listening to me, that makes me glad I asked for that second opinion. I have found a new dental home.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years so I was very nervous about going back, and a co worker of mine recommended Elwood Dental to me. I was very pleased and happy with my experience!! I felt very comfortable and cared for the entire time! The whole staff is wonderful!!

I have now gone here 2 years still the most amazing staff and doctor I have ever been seen by!!! Dr Salayta goes above and beyond for his patients. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I have gone to so many dentist in the last 5 years I always walk away with no hope for my teeth. Dr. Salayta and his team are amazing! I have always been embarrassed when I enter a new dental office because I am very insecure about my teeth and the amount of work I need done, this amazing team was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and for the first time in a long time I walked out happy with hope!!! Truly a blessing to have randomly selected this office. Highly recommended

Can’t recommend this place enough! I was able to get in within a days notice and the work that was done was quick and efficient. I also brought my 2 young children with me - the office was eager to help with my youngest and made me feel extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!!

I have never received such a personalized and intensive cleaning before, and I’m 68. Everyone at the office does whatever they can to facilitate a comfortable and professional visit. They even offer you cookies, tea and coffee. I will never dread going to the dentist again! I decided to try them because my grandsons and both daughters are patients. They told me it was the best dental office around, and they were right!
