I have not been to a dentist in 5 years but I had a broken tooth, they had to remove my tooth. I saw Dr. Scott Sheppard, he was absolutely awesome. He even called to make sure I was doing ok after my visit. I am very happy that I found Sheppard’s Family Dental. Everyone was friendly and the place is clean!

My first appointment with Dr. Scott Sheppard was very thorough and included an oral cancer check. I feel like Hannah and Dr. Sheppard went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Yesterday I had a broken filling restored and they both were not only very gentle but also kept explaining what they were doing during the procedure which helped to lower my anxiety level. I am certain that I picked the right office to take care of my teeth and I highly recommend them.

My family loves this place! I love that I get to stay with my kids during any treatments. My son had to have a tooth pulled today and he actually told his older brother that it was fun! He said it didn’t hurt at all. I also love the time the dentists take to call on the evening to make sure everything is okay. Not many places still give that extra personal touch.

Dr. Cindy is an excellent dentist. She is very honest about her care recommendations. She'll wait before treating if there is a chance of natural correction, which has happened for me and I'm grateful she didn't rush in with her dental equipment without need. Today was my first visit very quick to get me in with left jaw hurting! I expected exam xrays and scheduled for treatment as with dentists in past. Nope Dr Scott was very nice and extracted my tooth in same day (did not pressure gave options and accepted the choice i made no fuss). And schedule appointment to evaluate rest of my teeth. Kelsy was very careful to explain everything and super helpful with my anxiety with having my first awake extraction. Very patient and helpful! Pleasant experience considering what needed to be done!❤

They are truly awesome, helpful, and caring. I had an abscess and they were able to get mein and get me out in a timely manner. Dr. Sheppard listened to my concerns and addressed them. I immediately scheduled the entire family for appointments. Military friendly, copays are reasonable. Thank you so much Dr. Sheppard and staff! You are amazing.
