The office is comfortable and inviting. The staff is absolutely stellar. I work in a medical office and these girls really know how to run a office, but the best part was their positive energy. It felt like I had know them forever. Dr. Ferguson is amazing and explains things in a way you can comprehend. He also let's you know the game plan and breaks down the steps on how to get you to the healthy smile you want to achieve. I am so happy to have this team taking care of me.

This is the best dental office and dentist I have had in more than 10 years (since my previous dentist retired)!! The staff is well-qualified, caring, and a joy to work with!! And Dr. Ferguson is amazingly gentle, patient, and kind to all his patients!!! Together they make a team of utmost integrity, friendly atmosphere, and capable services!!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

I had a broken crown. Dr. Ferguson at Midwest Smiles got me in the next day and even called to move my appointment to earlier on in the day. They got me back quickly and where able to replace the crown. They listened and where very careful to ensure I was not in any pain.

I have been to several dentist over my life but this place is hands down one of the VERY best. Everyone there was friendly and very down to earth. Waiting area was comfortable and the hygiene rooms were spacious and very nice. The whole place was extremely clean. LOTS of the latest technology, which saves you a lot of time having to wait on stuff to be done somewhere else. NEVER did I feel like it was about the money or cutting corners to HURRY up, like the dental chain stores. DO NOT get half the effort as the chain boys for the same price. This place gives its hygienist the customary 1hr appts to make sure it gets done right the first time.
I’ll be moving the whole family here very soon. Plan on being a patient forever.
