Really bad experience with the office staff at this dentist office. Misspelled first and last names for my family of 4. I had to give them my dental insurance member ID 4 times. The 4th time was yesterday for my son's appointment at 8am today. I arrive, the first thing the lady on the right computer asks is again for my member ID? I told her I just gave it yesterday for the exact reason. She wasn't happy with that and replied with a salty "well, I wasn't the person who talked to you yesterday, sir..." They did see my son for his cleaning and the dental technician was really good. She had him chatting and laughing. The dentist was supposed to look at his teeth after the x-rays and cleaning but never did. I went to the front to check out and cancel my appointment. The lady at the left computer said the dentist decided to cancel all our appointments. Because we had a complaint regarding the office staff and mishandling of our names and insurance information? Very professional. Needless to say, we won't be going here and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Let me tell you!!! The woman who I worked with was the B.O.M.B!!!!!!! She talked to me helped me relax. I was super angry when I came in and by the time I spent 3 minutes with her I was good. I was laughing and having a great time. I will keep returning!!! Thank you ma'am you really did make my day!!!! Give her a raise!!!

Terrible customer service! Had issues from the beginning with misspelling of our names, losing insurance information, losing appointments, having to give them insurance information 3-4x. When I called to complain and request that the office manager call me, my husband had our son there getting his teeth cleaned at the same time. After our son's cleaning, the dentist refused to personally look at his teeth. My husband was told that the dentist cancelled our family's appointments. They just lost a family of 4 and the manner in which it was done was very unprofessional.

Completely impersonal care, these people DO NOT CARE about your oral health!! I’ve had an appointment for several months and they contacted me three hours before my appointment to reschedule for two months from now. Absolutely unprofessional scheduling and treatment. They dentist was in some sort of huge hurry always. Bottom line, if you want to feel SAFE and valued as a customer, DO NOT go here. Can’t believe they just swept me under the rug like that, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Looking for a new dental clinic.
