I moved to Norman 3 years ago and went to My Dentist as it was on my for insurance. I've never had a great experience. From the first visit they kept talking about gingivitis. I've always had my teeth cleaned every 6 months, I've flossed since I was a kid, and a brush twice a day. They suggest a water pick so I get one. But all visits continue to mention my gingivitis is not getting better. Are you kidding me? What else can I do? Then my cleaning last week with Darcie was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. It was so painful I could have cried. People should not have to suffer like that. I will be finding a new dentist.

I called these people twice on a Saturday at (approx. at 9:00 A.M. and again at 1:00 P.M.) 4 hours apart .I had 2 infected teeth ! The pain was so great I thought I was going to start crying!! I never heard back from these people either time...or all day long! They have been my Dentist now for about 2+ years My sister did find an emergency dentist on Sunday for me. By this time I was about ready to climb the walls!! (Thank You Sister for coming to my rescue again.)The Emergency dentist started me on pain med's. and a series of Antibiotic. I now think I might live!! I have an appt. for a tooth cleaning on July 23rd with "my dentist" that I will be cancelling, since they felt they had the right to treat me like I really just didn't matter..... I guess I must of been bothering them on a Saturday? . Someone from their office did finally call me back on the following Monday. I was still so MAD from the way I had been treated that I didn't answer the phone for fear of what I might say to them!

The worst dentist experience I’ve ever had. They put on a crown and it was the worst. It never felt right. it hurt painfully and they would do nothing about it. Two years later it’s having to be replaced because mold is growing underneath it. Do not use these people. You will regret it.
