My family and I use them. The staff is great and friendly. They are good to explain what they are doing and offer choices. I LOVE my hygienist Nora... She is thorough, personable and very professional. I have seen all the dentist at one point or another. Usually because I go on Saturdays for my cleaning Dr. Underwood looks at everything and he hasn't missed anything yet. This last year I needed a crown done and I opted for Dr. Faulkner to do it. I was happy with the job he did then and he just did some fillings for me. He is so gentle and concerned about how I felt doing my crown I opted not to be numbed for the fillings and I didn't feel a thing. I have all the confidence in the world in the work they do.

My first time going and very nice place, Receptionist was very nice.Met with Dr.fuykkner and he was very nice,caring Dr. He called my other Dr. for my safety to make sure if I could take antibiotics with just having my Remicade Infusion. I will be back for my follow up. Definitely Professional Staff

I had a wonderful experience at this office yesterday. I was in tears from the horrible experience I had at Dental Depot and they were quick to get me right in and reassure me that everything will be fine. My husband has been telling me to go here and I'm so glad that I did. The quote I got was affordable and the staff were very welcoming. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Dr. Faulkner is great! I had a root canal a year and a half ago and it's given me absolutely no trouble. The operation was pain free and I was totally relaxed. I use CFD for all my cleanings and I always come out feeling fresh. 100% recommend these guys!

We had an emergency dental situation that was causing lots of pain, we called at 11am and they had us in by 3 that same day. The staff was great and the dentist was one of the best we have been too. We plan to take our teeth to CrossRoads Dental from now on. Plus, just a PSA.. if you take the time to read the 2 negative reviews they are not exactly speaking of the dentist at all. So their really should be no negative comments if you take that away.
