This dentist office is amazing! I drive a long way to get there because they are the best! Dr. Rhodes is so kind and knowledgeable and his staff is always superb. I have bad anxiety and they are so good at calming me and working quickly. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

The dentist has absolutely no personality to deal with kids. Or it could have just been my children. Very dry and somewhat rude In my opinion. This was our first visit and the ladies were amazing. Just his demeanor wasnt ok at all. Then there’s Courtney that’s up front and all I can say is Karen needs some help with common sense. First and last time.

UPDATE: After the I posted this review I called the amazing previous dentist I had asking if they had another recommendation. They said they have stopped referring patients to this clinic entirely due to the problems all their previous patients were having. You need to look no further than their response to this review to see what kind of business they are.
Another dentist referred me here. I was scheduled for an appointment today that was booked a month or two in advance. I called to see if it was possible to come a little early. She left the phone and came back saying I didn’t have an appointment despite three text reminders. They said they were overbooked and I had to wait another two months. I took off work. No one called me to tell me they were cancelling. She refused to try and work me in lieu of their egregious error. She said they “cancelled it on their end” days ago, but unless their reminder system is separate from their scheduling and emr, that would be a lie. Cancelled appointments don’t generate reminders. They either dropped the ball that badly, or they decided to reschedule to squeeze someone else in. They were not kind about it. Thank God I didn’t drive an hour for no reason. You can’t trust them to keep their appointments and you can’t trust them to fix their mistakes 0/10.

Everyone was really nice, the check in process was quick and easy, and they even got me back before my scheduled appointment time. I really appreciate how friendly the woman taking the X-rays was and Dr. Rhodes for the second opinion and being able to take me as a new patient

My children and I have been going here since 2017, and this place was great at first. The past year or two the Dentist himself is not friendly as when they first opened…. The staff seems overwhelmed or I guess they got plenty of patients now so they don’t have to be nice anymore lol… Anywhoo we found a dentist who appreciates our business.
