The dentist was here for one week. My son's first filling, and I felt dentist lacked understanding and compassion.
The office manager who we first met and appreciated is no longer with them.
It seems they have staff turn over.
I'll be looking for a new dentist.

I have battled with Aspen Dental for 2 years over a balance. I found out that because they assumed my husband and I were on the same insurance account, we were quoted a discounted price that is not allowed on a single account. We were given a treatment plan with payment options and have paid that balance in full, now the quoted price is now not correct because they assumed we were a joint account. I want to warn everyone that goes there to make sure you get a pre determined payment from your dental insurance or it will come back to haunt you. Also make sure they "Aspen Dental" are not assuming anything and have all of your information correct. I can't recommend their services to anyone at this point. Very Annoyed!

Wonderful, caring people! I don't like going to the dentist normally but they put me at ease by explaining everything before they did it. Went over what needed done and explained my options. I felt they truly cared about my well being.

Side manners were not what i expected. After cavities were filled i was told i was good to go. Being completely numb i was unaware the dentist left 2 big gauze stuffed in my upper lip. There was no status update during my 2 hour visit which i expect communication from the dentist while I'm in the chair. I'm a 40 year old baby when it comes to dentist visit and if it wasn't for me already in the middle of a plan being laid out i would not go back. I'm only worried how my cleaning will go considering I'm having a deep cleaning being done.

I was nervous but they're was no reason to be. The techs were kind and friendly and Dr Johnston was patient enough to explain what he was going to do and constantly reassuring. I loved my visit!

Do not go here! Horrible Customer Service.I sat in the chair for 45 min waiting on a hygienists. When she finally comes to see me because I asked how long will I be here. She pulls down her mask to show me my gums were not healthy like hers ..Very unsanitary..while looking at my teeth she kept belittling me making rude comments about what's in my teeth and I must not floss everyday.

The staff was amazing. Had lost a crown and need a cleaning. They were able to get the crown on and teeth cleaned all in the same day with short notice for an appointment. Thanks.

I had an appointment for Friday they originally told me 12 but I got a text the morning of saying my appointment was at 1. I showed up at 12 to be safe but there was a sign on the door saying they have lunch from 12-1. I called twice with no answer so I came back at 1 just to be told they don’t have a dentist there to see me. Woman at the front desk was very rude and condescending. Thank you for leaving me in pain with no notice.
