All the ladies in the office are really sweet and informative. The dentists are honest with you about your treatment. They have several nice dentists and an oral surgeon. 10/10 will use again.

My Dentist had a new hygienist: she seemed to do a good job. I need to better control 'add-on' procedures: all procedures do not seem necessary to me at every visit and the costs skyrocket.

Worst Dental experience of my life. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, unhelpful and uncaring. The office staff changes on a daily basis. This is the Owasso office I am speaking of. I would rather deal with the devil himself then deal with these people ever again. Im in worse dental shape now then before I went in. DONT DO IT. They agreed to in office payments which I did for 2 yrs then changed district managers who then turned me into collections saying they don't do in-house financing. Just a horrible experience all around. Very shady business practices. BEWARE. Shame I had to give one star so I could give a review.

Completely overcharged for the dentures themselves, which were TERRIBLY MADE, charged over $600 for a teeth cleaning that was never preformed, waited over an hour after my appt time,EVERYTIME, thats if they didnt call me to cancel , as I had already taken off work and was on my way.
Terrible business, Terrible products, Terrible Staff. Our transaction ended in a total refund after a HUGE ordeal.

My daughter has autism and very nervous about her visit with the dentist. Stacy was so kind and patient. She eased my daughters fears and by the end of our appointment my daughter was smiling!

I have asked to change my benefit elections to a PPO plan mid-year at additional cost to my family because Aspen Dental is the only provider in my area participating in the HMO plan. Unprofessional and no privacy exhibited in how the office is structured.

This place cares only about the moneyThey said I needed a root canal and a crownGave me some penicillin for the infectionAnd insisted on getting me in the next dayI said I wanted to wait until the infection went downTheir prices are way too highI called in the next day for some pain medication because my tooth still hurtAll that continue to talk about was getting me in for their crown and root canal did not care about the patientI highly recommend staying away from them

Went to Aspen Dental in Owasso ok. Had a slight toothache, saw Dr Huynh. What an arrogant guy. He replaced that filling and filled 2 other teeth. One filling was hitting high , he ground down a tooth he hadn't even worked on. I now have 4 teeth that hurt. I went back and he told me he didn't know what to do. Can you imagine that. I now have to pay out of pocket because our insurance won't pay on these teeth for 2 years. STAY AWAY
