Went in to there office today MLK day with no appointment schedule.I had pain from my new dentures, Brenda the manager listened to my problem got with the dentist fixed my dentures I was out in 30 minutes dentures were feeling GREAT.thanks to Brenda, Dr sharp and staff thumbs up from me! :)

I really enjoyed my visit there, everyone was very professional and everyone from the receptionist to the impressionist and the doctor that I've met so far they all love what they're doing that really impressed me and the prices are very reasonable . This place seemed more like a referral service than a dentist office. My father and I both went in for appointments at the same time. We were unhappy with the services provided as it appeared they merely were there to refer us to another person coming in at a later date. We will not be back and have since rescheduled with another dentist to get our work done

But the staff was wonderful, very kind to me.

I scheduled a check up and teeth cleaning. I got checked up but I didn't get a teeth cleaning. I was told I needed to reschedule for a teeth cleaning. The teeth cleaning was the reason I made the appointment in the first place. Never going back to Aspen Dental.

I will never use Aspen Dental again. I have been there twice, once for me and once for my partner. Both times they seemed more like salesmen than a dental office. Stop hawking your more expensive services/toothbrushes and focus on treating patients.
