Everyone was real nice and facilities were all spot on clean the only problem that I saw was there was not any kind of background music which in my opinion would help calm people's nerves as they're waiting on the dentist

The entire staff was very friendly and may feel very comfortable and at ease. I was seen on time according to my appointment and each staff member explained in detail what they were doing or what needed to be done.

This place is a joke very unprofessional . I setup a visit they tell me this big great plan to fix me up .the day of my so called appointment which was this past Friday I get a phone call from Aspen dental telling me the doc just looked at my x-ray and he needs to refer me out . Why would you wait for the day of appointment to call a patient to tell them the doc just looked at the x-ray and needs to refer you out you had an entire week to look over x-ray this place is a joke I will never go back nor recommend them to anyone

They are all about profit. Not about patient retention and satisfaction and they treat their employees like total crap. So if you get poor service, remember, it comes from the top!! Word to the wise, Do not go to a corporate office always private practice!!
