After being assured by Staff I would be assessed no more chargesā¦ I agreed to, and paid full amount agreed upon, About a year later, Aspen sent Me a bill (SURPRISE) for an additional $472.00.. I spoke to a regional manager who told me that my insurance would not cover all charges. I told him about the conversation that I had with the local office, and he said that did not matter. Do yourself a favor, avoid this company at all costs. They also watched a job on my Wife, but thatās another issueā¦ bottom line, stay away!

This was my first appointment. I got to wait in the lobby and listen to others talk about how they were unhappy with the service, while the staff seemed to just be irritated with them. When I went back for my exam, it seemed like the staff was all in training as they were asking others how to do everything.
When I finally was seen in the chair, it seemed like all they were focusing on was trying to āsellā additional stuff that insurance didnāt cover. It seemed more like they cared about the money more than they cared about providing actual ācare.ā
While I was waiting in the chair, I got to listen to another patient who was unhappy with her dentures, and the doctor was not handling the situation well. Sure the patient was difficult, but youāre job is to provide care and make the patient feel at ease. I for sure didnāt feel it, so I walked out before my appointment was complete. Iāll never go back to this dental group, nor recommend them to anyone.

My son went in for emergency jaw pain and the staff was rude and unfeeling. I will never go here even though this is the only dentist in all of Owasso that my insurance covers. I'd rather go to Tulsa and drive back with a mouth full of stitches! At least I won't pay and arm and a leg and be treated rudely and tortured on top of everything else! Have some common decency with people in pain!

Every step of the way from first exam,deep cleaning, and rebuilding 3 broken teeth was excellent!Dr. Sonali Banerjee gave my smile back! Dental assistant Lindsey was perfectly in sync with Dr. Outstanding work. The whole staff did excellent!

No thank you, and not again. Best part of the appointment was the girl that took my X-rays. The rest of the appt was not enjoyable and information that shouldāve been disclosed before my appt was not.
