The office has a comfortable and clean setting and front ladies are helpful, remember your name and greet you, and their reminders are great! Dr. Prather is a knowledgeable dentist, who brings a fun personality to their team. All the hygienists are gentle and do a great job every time we go in. They’re great with my son, he gets his routine cleanings and had cavities filled, he didn’t even know he got a shot in the mouth! 10/10 Recommend.

Great Dentist and hygienists! Terrible office staff with zero customer service skills. Make ABSOLUTELY sure you are in network with your insurance before making an appointment, even if your insurance is listed on their website. Carrie is exceptionally rude and takes zero responsibility for informing patients of benefit compatibility, shifting all blame to insurance providers and consumers; it is a shame, the actual treatment providers here are fantastic.
