I only go there due to my association with my Medicare Part B affiliation. Not happy with the constant reminders of my appointment, which they say will no longer be contacting me 3 to 4 times ahead of any future visit. Shawnee Dental was far better before I switched.

We had a great experience at this dentist. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Really went the extra mile. We were visiting from out of town and they squeezed my daughter in for a cleaning at short notice, as well as spent nearly our whole visit making sure they billed our out of state insurance correctly. Definitely recommend.

I love this dentist office! My 6 year old son walked out feeling positive about his experience and excited about how the appointment went! They were amazing about explaining the process of cleaning his teeth and all the tools and machines they had to use. I was SO impressed- I even booked myself an appointment. Im not a good dental patient, i usually only go if i have too. So this was a have to trip. They were quick to get me out of the waiting room and into a chair, they were extra cautious on diagnosis, and willing to work with us on a payment plan. I walked out not feeling any pain, and even the next day i was pain free. Thats saying something, because i have a huge hole in my mouth, but im more comfortable now.
They don't give out pain meds (thanks to new laws) so be ready for that if you are one that needs that after.
