I'm going to give this 2 stars as I've had past positive experiences. I will say front desk has been a struggle since we've been going-- they often were rude but I had no problem with my son's actual dental care. Front desk has improved some. However, after the last experience I don't even feel comfortable scheduling his follow up appointment.
In a nutshell the dental assistant was less than helpful and actually aggravated the situation while the new dentist was working on him. The new dentist said nothing about the inappropriate bed side manner so we ended up leaving for the work to be half done. My son was physically ill afterwards. I verbalized on more than one occasion that I would like to complain but didn't know the process but was never given an answer and they hurried up to end the conversation or change the subject. At least they refunded me but we won't be back.
