This office is a joke and needs to be shut down for two months they have rescheduled my children’s appointment saying the dentist keeps deciding to work elsewhere. Don’t waste your time scheduling because you’ll never be seen !!!!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I loved our hygienist, she was amazing! She and Dr.Griffin made my sons first visit SO enjoyable he is actually excited to back for his next one! We will be regular patrons from now on. Thank you to everyone at Warr Acres Ocean Dental!

I was able to schedule my sons first appointment very quickly and I did like the text reminder program they had. Wasn’t very pleased with the attitude of staff members. For them to see mostly children, I assumed they’d be a bit more patient. It was my child’s first cleaning and both the dentist and dental assistant were very short tempered and got a bit rude during the x ray procedure. I wasn’t confident in the decision they made concerning my sons teeth. She had to retake x rays so many times. A few of the final results were very blurry but the dentist said my child had 7 cavities. They were very pushy with me that he would need to be put under anesthesia for the procedure, which I was very uncomfortable with. I decided to get a second opinion. I’m very glad I did. My sons new dentist is very friendly and patient and there was only 1 major concerning tooth! He got his cap the very same day there.

Dr Jones and her entire staff are amazing they are very thorough. They care about their patients took very good care of my girls even on a busy day. Everyone is very professional! I definitely recommend to anyone with little ones!

Overall I was happy. The dentist was very nice and made my daughter very comfortable. However the waiting room was freezing. Everyone was complaining and they acted like they could not hear us. And they were almost an hour behind schedule and the chairs are so uncomfortable in the reception area.

Loved this office!!! My daughter had a great time with Ruthanne; she asked to go back to the dentist when we were leaving. Highly recommend this location, in and out within 35min of our arrival.

The doctor was amazing. Very polite and very explanatory. I had a wisdom tooth pulled. He did such a great job that I had no pain the next day and recovery is going to be fast. Awesome job Doc! The staff all had great attitudes and made the atmosphere very pleasant. The whole experience made a guaranteed customer return.

Dr. Griffith has the kind of bedside manner that is truly a blessing! She was very kind to my daughter and my son. My four year old had been traumatized so badly at her last dentist, that she cried when I said she was going this morning. But after we left today, she was asking when she could go back! Her assistants were also very proficient and absolutely on top of their game. The front desk staff were also extremely kind and helpful. Great experience!

My son came into the office for a 6 month check up and he said that he loves the doctor as always. He also said Javon the young lady that cleaned him was very nice and he enjoyed his cleaning and is looking forward in coming back.

Normally I would give them a 5 but not his time. I call to make sure her appointment was at 3 but I could bring her in early which was an hour 1/2 and they said said. I asked if she was gonna be seen right when we get there and they said yes bring her right on in. Well I guess they forget they told us that. Well there was a family of 6 that all got seen and I'm assuming they were all new because the mother was filling out paperwork with the mother was seen as well and one by one they get called back there and I check in and let them know they told me a come in early. Well more patients come in and they are called back there so I gt to the receptionist and let them know that we have been sitting here for an hour and a half or so and haven't been called and they apologize and forgot to put your truck back there. It was a very disappointing experience.
