Dr. Hannah seems very competent and is a nice and thoughtful person. The staff members are friendly and willingly answer questions. The only difficulty I encountered is they aren't very well equipped to handle a handicapped person. This may be my fault as much as theirs, as I didn't bring extra equipment.
