Because Dr Nicholson retired, my husband and I were a little nervous about our dental appointment this afternoon. We were relieved when we received the same friendly, professional care. We were impressed by Dr Hannah’s knowledge base and delighted to see many of the members of Dr Nicholson’s team. So, I don't normally give reviews for a dentist. But, they deserve one for the care that they give. The hygienist was very professional and down to earth. I was a new patient and filled out my new patient forms on line. Again, that process was professional and transitioned smoothly. They made me feel like a client and went the extra mile during my visit. From the gal at the counter to the hygienist, and Dr. Hannah. I was a bit skeptical of such a young dentist but she collaborated with her staff and myself(patient) very professionally. This was a huge first step for me in returning for years of dental health. I was not pleased with the environment at my former dentist or the atmosphere there. I could tell this was not going to be the case here. I wasn't chastised or made to feel that I wasn't doing my best with oral care here. I like how well they explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. That I won't forget. I have to come back and get some minor work done but, so far so good. I am actually looking forward to my next visit and feel like I can already trust these people. Glad my wife recommended them, even though they switched dentists. I am thankful for the care I received, and

Yesterday I went to West Albany Dental. I broke my chewing tooth on the bottom left that had a filling in it. My new dentist , Dr Hanna came in looked at the tooth and said , I can fix it by getting rid of the old sliver filling or we can crown it. "Again she said I can fix it" !
I said yes let's fix it. I'm such a baby when it comes to dental work. I told her of my fears and she assured me that she would have me numbed real good and that I wouldn't feel a thing. Dr Hanna was very gentle and caring. My tooth looks brand new without the silver filling. It's all white and matches perfectly.
