Dr. Aron, & the entire staff are simply top notch, modern, friendly, accommodating, & user friendly. I was especially impressed by the financial transparency & ease of function so I can make the choices that suit me & my budget.
Plus it's like an upscale spa in the office & procedure rooms and Dr. Aron Kivel is the Best! From the whistle while he works attitude (literally whistling while he was working) to his no nonsense but gentle & kind assessment of my issues! I had my teeth cleaned with Patty, the Dental Hygienist at Dr. Kival’s office. She is just excellent and does a very thorough exam, not only of my teeth, but also feels my neck and jaw line for anything unusual. I love how thorough she is as well as friendly and open. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Kivel is honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. Last year I had some fillings replaced, which normally would have made me fearful. He was extremely gentle (I didn't even feel the numbing injection!), and the results are better than I could have expected. I saw him today for a cleaning, and my teeth feel amazing. The office is beautiful, his staff is super friendly, and I feel very cared for as soon as I walk in until after I leave. If you want the most well cared for teeth in town, get to SoulSmile!

The atmosphere at Soulsmile is so relaxing that time seemed to fly by while Dr. Kivel was restoring my teeth. I hadn't been to a dentist in years and had numerous issues. The time during and between visits was virtually pain-free, and the very thoughtful staff took special care to make sure that I had a comfortable experience. Dr. Kivel knew that I was commuting a significant distance to get to his office, and he was able to lengthen a couple of my visits when he saw opportunities to resolve issues that weren't necessarily planned for that day. On one of those occasions Ryann picked me up some miso soup for lunch that really hit the spot after an extended visit. My experience at Soulsmile has been very positive, and I look forward to working with them to maintain healthy teeth in the future. Thanks to Dr. Kivel and his staff, I feel healthier and have a great smile.

Came in for a basic first time examination and they billed my insurance then proceeded to send me a bill in the mail for more than the price they advertise for first time patients with NO insurance. The dentist I ended up using advised me that the procedures they had recommended were extreme and unnecessary, and when he contacted them to get the x rays they had taken they assured him that they could send them but never did, which is extremely unprofessional. It seems like they were upset that he had gotten my business instead of them. I would avoid this dentist unless you want to pay a lot of money for more work than you actually need.

All options are laid out for you with a focus on what is most immediately important. Nothing was pushed on me. Great new patient exam discount. Very gentle with administration of anesthesia along with the drill. I actually felt relaxed. Doctor Kivel and his assistant, Hannah, were professional, caring, and respectful during my filling which was painless. Overall, I could cry the experience was so refreshing. I highly recommend Soulsmile.

I had a great experience at Soul Smile. The doctor and the staff were amazing and welcoming. They helped me make a plan to fix all of the problems with my teeth in the most cost effective way possible. I have had problems in the past at other dentists with not being numb and a lot of pain during procedures. With Dr. Kivel it was completely painless and professional. I will not go to another dentist. Soul smile is AWESOME!!!
