Soulsmile

This was my review, and until all my fillings all fell out 7 to 8 months later. Haven't been back since, and wanted people to know that I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Obviously not very happy with the situation. Be careful.

Dr. Kivel and his staff renewed my faith in dentistry! I can't remember ever having such a good experience, where dental work is concerned. Even after extractions, all Ineeded was ibuprofen and Tylenol. They are very understanding with financial struggle, and are great at putting your mind at ease, through everything!

Efficient, friendly, informative staff. On time and complete exam in a timely manner.

Impressed with staff and care. One of the more gentle dentists I have come across. The place was recently upgraded so all the latest dental equipment (with one minor exception: water is not warmed). Will make an effort to visit the next time we are in the area.

I had an excruciating toothache. I took off work to find a dentist. I called Soulsmile and was able to get an immediate appointment and an hour later, my bad tooth was pulled and I felt human again. Staff was very friendly and I recommend them highly.

I am so thankful I found Soulsmile. As someone who has very sensitive teeth, the hygienist was very patient and caring...she made sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. DeCillis took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns. Dr. DeCillis and his staff offer a warm, gentle approach to your dental needs. Again, so happy I found Soulsmile!

I had a 5 star experience with Dr. Kivel and his staff. A cracked tooth led to a root canal at another office. I found Dr. Kivel through a friend who had a good experience there. In one visit he prepared the tooth for a crown, used a small streaming computer assisted design camera to measure the tooth. The tooth was designed on a computer screen while I watched, and was then milled, cured, and polished in their labs. It took 30 minutes. It was then glued in place and I am one happy camper. He is my dentist from now on. Also does implants, extractions, root canals and other general and cosmetic dentistry. I would recommend highly to a family member. RC Eastman MD.

I'd like to preface this by saying I almost never write reviews for anything, this being maybe the third I've ever written. I was compelled to write this because I know how important finding the right dentist is, and because Dr. DeCillis and crew made such a positive impression on me that I felt I would be doing them - and you fine readers - a disservice if I didn't.

I switched over to Soulsmile from another dental office several years ago for unrelated reasons. At the time Dr. Aron Kivel was the Dentist in charge. I really liked his genuine personality, willingness to talk with his patients, as well as his penchant for embracing newer technology and keeping his office current.

Additionally, his staff were excellent. Big shout out to Marissa, Lily, Becca, and the rest of the gang. They are very warm and friendly, and will always make you feel like a welcome guest rather than a burden or chore added to their day.

Dr. Kivel ended up missing the bigger city life, and Dr. Daniel DeCillis has replaced him. When I first heard that I was a bit disappointed since I had really liked Dr. Kivel, but the truth is against all odds it has somehow managed to be an upgrade from great to even greater.

Dr. DeCillis is young enough to still have passion and energy for his craft, but experienced enough that I feel great trusting the care of my precious teeth to him. He also possesses some of that same welcoming friendly energy that has embodied the Soulsmile experience since they opened.

And the icing on the cake? He kept on the same staff that Dr. Kivel had, which was a very wise move in my opinion.

So if you've made it this far and still have any lingering doubts let me assure you, as someone with somewhere around 30+ fillings, that this is without a doubt the best dental office and staff I've ever found. Give em a shot and thank me later!

The best place I've been for dental work in the valley. The new Doc is thorough and makes you feel comfortable. Knows his stuff. And the staff is a A+. Check them out if you're looking for a dentist. You'll be happy you did!

I think they're great. Nice office, friendly staff, excellent cleanings. Siena has cleaned my whole family's teeth and we're all happy. Dr. DeCillis seems to be knowledgable and trustworthy. Haven't had any major work there, but they also don't push unneeded work on you, which makes me happy.
