Visiting the USA from Canada, I unfortunately broke a tooth during my stay in Ashland, Oregon. Far from my regular dentist in Ontario Canada, I was referred to, and reached out to Soulsmile for help. Thankfully, I was able to schedule an examination quickly and without issue. Upon arrival, I was treated with care and the utmost professionalism throughout my full visit. Dr. Decillis and his staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, the office was clean and well organized. Following a thorough examination including X-rays, Dr Decillis reviewed his findings with me, and we mapped out the most appropriate treatment for me, then proceeded to complete the work with care and attention. I am grateful to Dr Decillis and his team for their time and assistance so far from home. Well Done and Thank you to Dr Decillis and the Soulsmile team!

After a year of medical trauma, I was beyond anxious to go to the dentist to have a tooth extracted. The night before, I had a panic attack, but when I went in the next morning for my appt, the staff and Dr. Kivel were so comforting, understanding, patient and gave me personal attention to make me feel at ease. I made it up worse in my ptsd head than it really was. A tooth extraction is no fun, but at least with a caring staff and a skilled dentist with a warm demeanor, (and a valium!), the experience was way easier than I though. I really appreciate the individual kindness and attention they give. Highly recommend.

This practice is phenomenal - so caring and compassionate while totally professional. I recently had an emergency on a Saturday. It also happened to be Dr. Kivel's wife's (Ryan) birthday who, by the way, had a baby just a week before. The whole family, including Ryan's mother, came to the office to tend to my needs. That's what I call above and beyond professionalism! The entire staff is top notch and really knows their stuff. I highly recommend Soulsmile!

Dr Aron Kivel is truly a professional and exceptionally skilled dentist. I've had routine check ups with Dr Kivel that have always been done very thoroughly.
Previously, I had a crown put on a tooth by another dentist. It came off twice! I then went to Dr Kivel to have it put on for the third time. He refitted my crown and it has been in place ever since.
Dr Kivel has also done Zoom whitening on my teeth. The results have been so good and long lasting.
I highly recommend Dr Kivel and can't say enough about him.
