This was my first visit and I am duly impressed. Everyone was fabulous. Dr. Burneson spent part of the day dressed as a MOLAR WITH A GOLD CROWN and dancing outside the office. Nice to see the Boss do that.
I was handed over to Traci who took pictures and X-rays and then Jill who cleaned my teeth. I’ve been lucky to always have great dentists. But my teeth have never been so thoroughly cleaned by anyone.
Also signed up for the Adult Dental Care package which is a very good deal for me.

My cleaning and x-rays at Today's Dentistry were the most gentle I have ever had. Dr. Burneson and his staff put me at ease and made my visit enjoyable. Never thought I'd say that about going to the dentist.

Terry the Dental Assistant is so wonderful, charming, friendly and understanding of people with high dentist anxiety. She explained everything, gave me options for my comfort and knowledge of procedure, and found ways to connect with me on a personal, relational level. She put me right at ease-- I enjoyed being her patient! The dentist was also very amiable, kind and generous in his ability to accomodate me. He was equally kind to his staff, which says a lot about his personal character. He told me about his vision and mission as well, which made me feel that he authentically cared about my experience. Even the front desk staff was upbeat and happy to be there. I would recommend this dentist to everyone, especially people who have anxieties.

Dr. James Burneson and his staff are amazing in the way they care and connect with patients. Not only do they have a good sense of humor, but great skills and very helpful information in terms of my situation that I am going through with my teeth. I could not ask for anyone who is more thorough or more caring or more professional while having a great attitude! As a first time patient/visitor, I took everything in with the intent of hoping to find a new dental home after moving to Ashland awhile back. Everything was as good as the unanimous 5 star ratings indicated. From the friendly reception area folks to the support staff to Dr Burneson, it was a friendly (despite my hearing deficiency!! 😁🤷♂️) and extremely positive experience. Thanks folks!! The dental office itself is very calming. All the employees are smiling and really know who you are. I had a particular dental problem and Doctor B solved it! I would recommend this practice for ANY dental care that you might need! We have been patience at this practice for 5+ years!
