Poor Customer Service - I had the misfortune with dealing with both Alexis and Julie at this establishment. Neither one of them was willing to listen. I was asking a few questions about transferring treatment for my son which neither of them had the knowledge or were willing to listen. I felt disrespected as I was kept holding on for quite a while and when someone came back to the phone it was a new person they were quite impolite.
