Dr. Jason Holtman did a very thorough review of my dental issues with xrays and photographs then explained his suggested course of action by pointing out the problems using the visual evidence. I asked for the financial prediction and he and the front staff quickly put the itemized, expected pricing on paper along with the expected insurance contribution from my plan. The professional approach removed my skeptical bias and I left feeling I had made the right choice. No work has been done yet but the trepidation of an initial visit dissolved as I left.

Warning! They will charge you for things they say they will not charge for. Quick follow up to fix something they messed up in the first place and said they'd fix for free? No - you're getting a bill. AND THEN you want to pay online? Nope. Have to call or go in or send a check (ok boomer). AND THEN they aren't even answering the phones when you try and pay. Heed my warning and see one of the many other dentist offices in this fine town.

I’ve had great, thorough, caring experiences at Awbrey dental. Reviews are for new patients though, and I’d advise looking elsewhere right now as they are having serious staffing and scheduling problems. No, you don’t need to wait 9+ months to get your teeth cleaned in Bend; try another awesome practice that can get you in much sooner and avoid cancelations.

Went here or about a year. They canceled a teeth cleaning that took months to schedule and never notified me. Disappointed in their poor communication. The dentist I worked with was great, but feel they are too focused on profit and turn around. Improve your communication. Will be pursuing somewhere else. Thanks

They completely ghosted me after ripping me off for their Clear Correct treatment. I seriously can't believe it. Over 5k down the drain and my teeth are worse off. Please trust me and know that you will be better off elsewhere. My girlfriend also needed to go elsewhere to fix their mistakes after they messed up her fillings. Don't be fooled by the nice facility and friendly people. They're very bad at what you actually pay them to do.
