Great staff all the way around! My teeth are squeaky clean, Leslie did a great job. I had an ongoing issue with my insurance and the front office staff finally got to the bottom of it for me. Thanks for always being so kind and helpful when we come in.

Terrifying and upsetting experience with hygenist Taylor today. I know they are short-staffed, but she was racing around, rushing, and very high-strung and angry. I was three minutes late because they had rescheduled my appointment twice and had to squeeze me in around my work, and she blamed her rushing on my "lateness". She was aggressive, unsympathetic with a nervous patient, and generally scary. I coudn't imagine her cleaning my teeth while rushing and angry. I have had two other hygenists here and loved them. Now matter how short-staffed you are, it's not worth hiring someone with zero kindness toward patients and who should be in a different profession altogether (DMV?). I also recommend not rebooking the same patient twice when short-staffed. It has been months since I was due for a cleaning, and this visit was so troubling that I'm planning to find a new practice altogether.

I am a new patient with Awbrey Dental and was very impressed with the services provided by the entire staff. From the front office staff to the back office the level of professionalism was outstanding. Dr. Kovalt did a very detailed examination of my dental needs and reviewed it with me carefully including visuals of each area of my mouth. He made sure that I understood everything... he was great! The dental assistant was very skilled and very gentle... she too was amazing if not the best dental assistant I ever had. I also went to the hygienist, Julie Carnagay and I guarantee you I have never had my teeth cleaned so well and without any pain!! I left with the feeling that I had finally found the level of care I have been looking for and feel positive that this amazing staff will be a positive partner in my health care. This is the most thorough and friendly dental office I’ve ever been to. They really take the time to explain everything going on with your teeth and gums, why they recommend what they do, etc. Front desk is great about helping figure out billing and scheduling. The whole staff is excellent! Highly recommend!
