I have never felt this comfortable in a dental office! The staff is kind, skilled and very accommodating. My latest cleaning with Denali was fun, an adjective I never thought I’d use for a dental appointment. If you have anxiety about dental work like me, this is the clinic for you!

I have been going to Awbrey for many years and they have always been great, Julie in particular. She does a fantastic job of explaining my treatment and she is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Primley gave me a quick exam during my visit and he was very thorough in his explanation of what they were looking for and why they were doing it. They both made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Thanks Awbrey!

The entire staff here is wonderful! Dr. Wasserman did a spectacular job extracting all four of my wisdom teeth and was more than helpful in making sure my recovery was as smooth and painless as possible, which included her even coming into the office on her day off to help with some pain I was having. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, reliable dentist.

I like them as much as one could like the dentist. I have had bad experience with some other places, this place was good. I don't know their names but the dentist and assistant were good. The dentist went out of his way to save my tooth and he did.

I've seen two of the dentists at Awbrey as of today... my usual who I've seen several times was out. Everyone I've dealt with there is exceptionally talented, from the front desk staff to the hygienists and of course the dentists. As with many, I HATE dental work, everybody at Awbrey is very empathetic while also explaining things well which helps a lot. I've had a couple of emergencies pop up and they've always taken care of me right away even though I know they stay booked solid. Also... timewise, I've spent a lot of time waiting in dental offices... Awbrey is like a Nascar pit crew, they don't rush you but when you walk in they are ready to rock and I've never just been left sitting there.. .they get you in and out as quickly as I've ever seen. And finally, they are great on the business side... they looked at what I needed done, my insurance, and gave me a couple of options for getting things done expediently or some adjustments to take the most advantage of my insurance. I've always had to ask a million questions to figure this out in the past with other offices. Awbrey considers insurance necessity, and my schedule and presents me great options before I even ask. Simply put, these guys do everything well, and that's a rare find.

Really enjoyed my first visit! Both the doctor and assistant were personable and cared a lot about what I was looking for in my visit. They were extremely thorough in assessing my teeth and finding a good baseline so that we could have an informed conversation about next steps for my dental health.

I have never been one to like the dentist, and in fact have tried to avoid them as much as possible without sacrificing my teeth. However, Dr. Primley and the entire staff at Awbrey Dental are one of the most caring, patient and knowledgeable care teams I have had the pleasure to work with. I may still get anxious going in, but not nearly to the extent it used to be. My care team has definitely made it easy(er) to go to the dentist now. Thank you all for making what was one of my most dreaded types of appointments to a more relaxed and confident experience. Dr. Primley is a life saver!

Had an emergency dental visit with John Covalt this past week 🦷 Let me start off with how attentive Madison was from the start when she first came out to get me to bring me back she was beyond nice and inviting and made all the difference completely made me at ease especially, with the amount of anxiety I have going to the dentist! She went above and beyond and even that is an understatement! I told Madison about several concerns I had with my mouth and she listened to everything not only listened but CARED! It was the best dental assistance I’ve ever met!!! John Covalt was extremely professional and walked me through step by step what he was going to do and while he was operating on my mouth! He answered all of my 100 questions 😅 and went into depth explaining the answers so I understood. I’ve never met a dentist so genuine! After I got home, they had already closed... and I had a concern come up about bleeding he had no problem calling me to discuss my concerns and even went as far as to have me send a photo of my concern to put me at ease! Absolutely blown away at how amazing of a dentist and dental assistance I had! Also very friendly receptionists to greet you as you enter. Even when I called to set up my appointment the women who I spoke with was very understanding and friendly! Gave me an upfront price which is why I chose to come here as I paid out of pocket for the whole visit. Had x-rays, two fillings (one fell out reason for the visit and other they saw needed replaced during x-ray) and my top wisdom tooth removed all in the same day for $1,100! Plus, I called during the New Years Holiday and they fit me in within 4 days!! Would recommend Awbery Dental to anyone!

My experience at Awbrey Dental has been wonderful. Every one of their team members goes out of the way to make you feel like family. And to make sure you are comfortable during the dental treatment. Katie, Teresa, Lisa, Angela are all very warm and welcoming. Ashley Palladino has wonderful "chair side" manners.

5 STARS! I would give 6 if I could! There is a reason Awbrey Dental Group gets the rating and reviews it does. Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist's office, ever. I have been established with 3 other dental offices prior, two of which were in Bend. In the past when I've established with a dental office the hygienist cleans my teeth and then the dentist pops in, says hi, and would take a quick peak in my mouth. Awbrey Dental changed my understanding of what a good new patient experience should be. On my first visit the dentist (who was amazing) spent over an hour with me giving me the most comprehensive oral exam I've ever had in my life. My next visit a few days later with hygiene was a game-changer too. Every single Dentist, Hygienist, and Assistant has incredible chair-side manner. The front office is incredibly warm & bubbly, and clearly deeply knowledgeable with insurance and estimates. When I chipped my front tooth they went above and beyond to get me seen same day. You immediately get the sense that everyone in the office genuinely cares about their patients. They've got the latest technology and the office is gorgeous from top to bottom.
I was able to fill out all my new patient paperwork online ahead of time making my check in process seamless. Honestly, the great service starts from the time you book your appointment to the follow-ups prior to your visit. I love Awbrey Dental and so does my entire family who followed me here!
