I really dont like the dentist. I haven't been in 10 years. Its obviously caused more issues. Thank god I didnt feel like I was being judged the whole time, like I've experienced before. They did a good job explaining everything to me and giving me my options moving forward. This will be the only clinic I use from now on and has changed how I feel about the dentist and my own self image. I cannot wait to finish and finally feel comfortable with myself and looking in the mirror.

Absolutely love this office. My dental hygienist Mara Brown was amazing! I will never have anyone else clean my teeth. She was professional, friendly, thorough, and patient. They were great! I went in for my initial exam and they were able to do the cleaning the same day! Very thorough and talked me through the process while answering any questions I had. It’s been a while since I’ve gone to the dentist and they did not make me feel bad about my procrastination. The staff and DMD was very gentle and polite and there is nothing bad I can say about it. On the other hand I scheduled cleaning appointment and and by the time I got back home they already called me to reschedule. When I explained that I cannot the lady said that they have no other openings all the way until end of August and this is at 9:30am. I specifically asked for afternoon and she told me they have no available appointments for the rest of the year. So, you scheduled me at 2:30 tomorrow and 30 minutes later telling me that I have to take morning appointment or wait until next year, really??? It is some bad costumer service. Do not offer specific time if you know you are overbooked. I guess I will be looking for another dentist in town. Sad, because I really liked the assistant and the DMD.

Dr. Primley and the whole Awbrey Dental Group are amazing, they go to extreme lengths to address their patients needs. I felt as if they genuinely cared about my concerns regarding a complex issue that popped up. Dr. Primley was able to walk me through a series of options to treat the issue and helped me decide on the best one. The office is spectacular and the treatment is even better. Highly recommend.
