Dr Hester and his staff couldn’t be better. They are so compassionate and understanding! I really think his first criteria for hiring is attitude toward patient care. I was recently able to get a family member with extreme tooth pain in right away and it was such a relief. They go out of their way to be accommodating, from front desk to back rooms. I highly recommend!

The front desk staff, Dr. Haley, her assistant Elle, and the hygienist Missy were all fantastic! Great experience from start to finish. And you should hear Dr. Haley’s laugh, it’s quite contagious!

I came in with a ton of teeth problems from years of abuse and neglect. I lost my self esteem and rarely smiled at things because of how embarrassed i was of them. Bend Family Dentistry has given me the ability to smile again and be proud of it, they gave me my confidence back AND my self esteem. They truly care about the patient and it shows!! My mom cried her eyes out with joy telling me “her baby boy is back”.

I had the best experience I’ve had at a dentist office here. The entryway was nice, I love how many plants they have, the new patient Paperwork was really easy to access before I got there, everyone from entering reception to leaving reception were really friendly. While I was getting my teeth cleaned the woman working on me asked multiple times how I was doing and asked permission before doing things which I was so grateful for. I will definitely go back.

Today Dr. Hallie and the hygienist Barbara took such good care of my teeth and the first thing people see, my smile! They conversed with me as easily as long time friends and were so very gentle. I appreciated the insight into prevention as they offered a fluoride treatment explained how to get the most out of that, plus they encouraged the healthy habits I already have.
