I’m a new patient at Bend Family Dentistry and I want to say how awesome this office and Dr.Jones is. I hadn’t been to a dentist in several years, had an abscess molar, and these people took great care of me. They knew I was a bit stressed and they were so caring and thoughtful. Dr. Jones was absolutely amazing and did his job extremely well while talking me through each extraction for 3 teeth the entire time so I knew exactly each step and what to expect throughout the process they also sent me home with a nice care package that had soup, apple sauce, some tea, gauze, and an ice pack. Best experience at the dentist ever, I highly recommend them and will continue to go through them for years down the road.

Absolutely the best place to get your teeth cleaned and have them check out with their Dentists! I just had a root canal which isn’t easy and I was so comfortable with them and they did awesome job. Best place if you are looking for a dentist in Bend or Central Oregon, you will be very happy with Bend Family Dentistry taken care of your teeth!

I had a great visit at the west Bend location of Bend Family Dentistry. Everybody is friendly and efficient. Dr. Kotzin’s assistant Janette put me at ease and prepared me to have a crown replaced. Dr. Kotzin was great! The procedure went quickly, was comfortable and pain free. A nice new location on the west side. Thanks everybody!
My follow up visit at Bend Family Dentistry West was really stress free. Both Sarah the hygienist and Dr Kotzin did a great job- my teeth and gums are in good shape and in good hands.
