Dr. Jones restored my faith in dentist. Although the shots for numbing were painful as can be expected when you have an infection, the tooth he pulled out gave me no pain at all. And the assistant was also very kind made the experience much more comfortable. I would recommend

We couldn't have picked the more perfect dental office .I called them told them my husband was in a lot of pain. They walk us through what they could for us.they fit us in the same day.as soon as we walk in the office we were welcome with a nice smile.it didn't stop there they took very care of my husband. They were truly a blessing. The customer service was amazing from the phone call to the end of our visit.we r very thankful to family dental team.

I would like to comment on what a fantastic experience I had at Bend Family Dentistry-West. The staff is very kind, helpful, and accommodating. This was my first visit to this dentist office and I must say that I was very impressed with the overall experience. Dr. Gregg Jones and his assistant Jessica took care of my dental needs. Both were very professional and knowledgeable, making me feel calm and comfortable through the entire procedure. The front office staff were equally as pleasant and were happy to work around my schedule to get me in for a follow-up visit quickly. The ambiance of the facility and waiting room are clean, appealing, and tranquil as well.
