I just returned from my first visit, and here are my impressions: they are extremely organized, professional and personable. Lori, who handles all kinds of things from insurance to billing and beyond, has been lovely and extremely helpful throughout the initial new patient process. This morning, I was greeted by April, their friendly, smart, knowledgeable, and thorough Dental Hygienist. She explained beforehand everything that was going to take place, and immediately put me at ease. I was even able to see my own x-rays on a separate screen as they were being taken in real time. Dr. Jones came in to do his exam, and, again, was professional, courteous and answered all of my questions about the concerns I had regarding my teeth. The cleaning was done in a timely manner, and April was attentive to every detail. The office itself is super clean and comfortable, and is only a 5 minute drive from my home. If you are looking for an excellent dental practice that is on the Westside, I would highly recommend Bend Family Dentistry.

Emily was the incredible Dental Hygienist that gave me a comprehensive teeth examination a week ago and gave me a thorough deep root teeth cleaning that i have not had in years, She did such a good job making sure that i was relaxed and comfortable that i almost fell asleep several times during the procedure! Thank you very much Emily , If possible, I would love you only, to clean my teeth, Very Incredible at her job , Very professional and knowledgeable , and explained everything she was doing and why ! Best Dental experience thus far in my life , I cant wait to get my teeth cleaned again! I give 5 STARS 👍

Awesome! Being a new resident of Bend and moving away from my previous dentist of 25 years, I did not look forward to the task of finding a new provider. Though, since I have found Bend Family Dentistry I am excited more than ever to be a new patient of theirs. My first visit was such a great experience!
