From the first phone call to Bend Family Dentistry (due to tooth pain) and an appointment that same day, everyone in the office was GREAT. Positive and friendly customer service and they all made me feel comfortable. I was scheduled for a regular 6 month cleaning later in the week and while in for my tooth pain issue, they did my cleaning!

I needed to have a bridge recemented at a new dentist (I have extreme dental anxiety, thanks to trauma). The dentist and staff was nice and professional, but I wasn’t there long enough to make a full assessment of the dental care.
However, I was bothered by the sign in the waiting room, which says: Unfortunately, we are a medical office … so you still have to wear a mask. Obviously I paraphrased the sign, but why start that sentence with “unfortunately”? It is neither unfortunate that you are a medical office, nor is it unfortunate that everyone needs to wear a mask. I wish you hadn’t stated it that way.
