Dr. Freeman is very personable and immediately put me at ease - making the dental "dreads" much more palatable! His staff is very nice yet professional, and I never feel rushed. His work is outstanding - hopefully I will continue to not need much in the way of dental care, but if and when I do I feel confident that Dr. Freeman will take great care of me and my dental needs. Plus, he plays great music in his office which lends a great vibe!

Dr. Freeman has been our dentist since relocating to Bend in December 2015 & is a true master of his craft. Dr. Freeman & his staff are warm, caring professionals. I came to Dr. Freeman with a host of dental problems which he has addressed & corrected over that past five years, everything from general dentistry to implants. Not only is Dr. Freeman highly educated, skilled, & creative but also a perfectionist. One of the many traits I admire about Dr. Freeman is that he takes the time & imitative to determine the best course of treatment for the individual patient rather than the cookie cutter approach so common with some of our previous dentists & then carefully explains & offer options. Dr. Freeman quickly addressed and resolved to my total satisfaction the couple of minor concerns that are bound to pop up along the way. My husband and I unequivocally recommend Dr. Freeman.

Dr. Freeman has been our family dentist for 12 years. My husband and I have seen him on a regular basis for cleaning and special dentistry needs. He has always performed in a compassionate manner, along with providing exactly what is required. His staff are experienced in their respective fields and provide positive and courteous service, with state of the art technology. They all possess a sense of humor and provide a warm and nurturing environment. We even bring our daughter from Washington State for appointments with Dr. Freeman.

When I come in, it feels more like visiting family I see only twice a year rather than being just a "customer".
The staff is always friendly and courteous and willing to help me figure out the coffee machine - no matter how many times I forget.
Fortunately, theses days I just have to maintain cleanings and the Dental Hygienists are cheery and competent.
The office is conveniently located near the Old Mill District and I've never had a problem finding a place to park.
