I have never enjoyed going to the dentist but Dr Prentice and Keri and the rest of his staff makes it very easy and comfortable. They really care for you as a person not just your teeth. Dr Prentice had gone over and beyond for me when my implant failed. I will never forget that and so appreciate his work. And Keri's!

What a wonderful experience! This office is so efficient, kind, and compassionate! I'm often worried about hidden fees, what the hygienist is seeing etc. The hygienist was so kind and thorough, it has been a long time since my last cleaning (5+ years) she took her time and told me each step along the way. She explained all of the x-rays and what I should expect. They fit fillings in same day to save me an appointment and then I met the Dentist. Joshua was so kind and genuine, he was personable and made me feel comfortable. I could go on and on. If you are in need of a new dentist Is recommend Ponderosa Dental!

Exceptional! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The views from the patient chairs are a peaceful and relaxing. I went for a routine cleaning. The hygienist was thorough, pointed out some wear and chipping on my lower teeth that could be prevented with realignment using Invisalign. Dr. Josh discussed the recommended treatment plan with me and I decided to do it. I am almost half into my 20- week realignment and can already see a difference in my smile. Thankful the Ponderosa team was solution oriented and trained in intervention!

The staff is wonderful! I was a patient of the dentist before Dr. Prentice for over 30 years, so I was hesitant to “transfer my loyalty” to the new dentist, but Dr. Prentice and his staff have stepped up and made me totally comfortable!
Three years later; I’m still happy with Ponderosa Dental. Lynn is the best hygienist EVER, and Dr. Prentice is great. They are both able to accommodate my jaw issues to get the work done, and keep this super-wimp comfortable!
