Highly recommended! If there was a way to give SIX stars, we would do it! The whole staff at Ponderosa Dental are kind, pleasant, efficient and gentle. All of their equipment is state-of-the-art and geared to the comfort of the patient. We've been to many dentists in our 60+ years, and these folks are by far the best ever. In the past, we would describe going to the dentist as going to be tortured, but NOT SO with Ponderosa Dental. It was actually a pleasant experience.

I love Ponderosa Dental. The staff from front of house to the back are all friendly, professional, and skilled in their respective crafts. I’ve been going here for about a year now, and definitely some of the best dental experiences in Bend.
Went in for a cleaning today and my technician was articulate in explaining the procedure, gentle with her care, and thorough as well.
I would highly recommend to anybody to trust their dental care to Ponderosa!

I am so happy that I found Dr Prentice and his wonderful staff! Dr Prentice and his Assistant Kelly are true Rockstars! They work like fine-tuned machinery. Sheri and Kari are also part of this amazing team and make you feel comfortable and excited to see you, like an old friend just walked in the door. Cleanings with Kari are always gentle and exceptionally done with a smile. Today, my Rockstar Team did a permanent crown along with designing & milling a temporary bridge right there in the back office! Since they know I am working on eventually a complete “smile makeover” we chose a tooth color that would work extremely well. I have never been anywhere where I have been so welcomed and treated like a family member before. Up until coming here I had always been terrified of going to the dentis. In a nutshell, I had 4 teeth worked on today and there was no pain. Now that my mouth has thawed out from the shot, I still do not have any pain! How did I get so lucky to have found these guys? I’ll be honest…I internet stalked him for two years. Lol! And, then I knew that this doc is the right one for me!

Always in the advancement of leading edge technology, like your tooth image being transmitted to an in house C&C machine that makes a crown that fits perfectly with same day service ! That’s an advantage over other dental centers.

Highly recommend Ponderosa Dental. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. Prentice is excellent and care is taken to make sure the patient is comfortable and doing well. They make sure your dental work is done correctly.
The office is clean and all the technology is there to make the staff's job easier.. You really feel taken care of and procedures, etc. are explained thoroughly.
Other dental providers have recommended Dr. Prentice to me. Give them a try for your dental needs.

The wonderful people at “Changing Smiles”.referred me to Ponderosa Dental. Today I had another successful visit at the “Ponderosa Dental Center”. The kind lady who did the cleaning was so helpful.
