Wilma and Leland are the best dentists I've ever had; their techniques are virtually painless (just comparing from my past history of dentists)! Other dentists I've come across have tried to sell me on items or treatments I don't really need, but this couple never does any of that, which I really like! Very relaxed office and friendly, personable staff! I sometimes come to my appointments way too early (underestimate the traffic), and they've still been able to accommodate me at an earlier time. I love the way my teeth look after an appointment!

Staff are nice, but their response to Covid is poor. Overbooking patients so that there is nowhere to wait in their very small waiting room.
Clearly communication problems with the staff because patients are being shuffled between floors as they are waiting.
My experience was poor because 1: had to climb over a table to find a seat in the waiting room
2: signage says "wait outside" but the staff can't see you outside
3: waiting 1-2 months between appointments when they could be same day
4: huge fees on top of service charges
5: incompatibility with some of the largest insurance providers
6: blasting awful country music in the tiny waiting room
7: switching between 3-4 assistants during a simple procedure
8: contradictory recommendations between different staff members.
People should be on the same page!

I went in to get two teeth pulled because they had broke. I didn't know this would be the worst dental experience of my life. It was a long painful extraction that I had to return for, so they could get some of the tooth they missed. I don't smoke and I don't drink but ended up getting dry socket which is also very painful. I came back for a third time so they could give me a medicated gauges. This took maybe five minutes to place the gauges and they charge me almost $250 for. I called and complained and Dr Porter agreed to drop this charge because procedure went so wrong. Well I just received some mail saying my bill is going to collections. Thank you Skyline Dental for charging me for worst Dental experience of my life.
