We have had a great experience with this office. Lindsay is a treasure! She has helped with appointment scheduling for my multitude of children, I love her attitude and sufficient way of dealing with the interesting people that approach her desk. Her capability to maintain professional relationships and keep things on track is truly admirable!

Read This, A Gentleman greeted me like I love to be greeted and greet people myself. It's something that sets the whole interaction. Lady came in from an hour away for a previously canceled app in which the staff verified her phone # they called her several times. She turned into a TOTAL KAREN.She went off on the Gentleman. She said No one called her. Maybe she should have called before the hour ride. I could barely hold my tongue. These people deserve to be treated kind. They are here to help us and Dentist need time off. We all decided to neglect our and we run to the Dentist. Please be kind and very patient with these folks that work hard for us. I was ashamed of the way that Lady acted. Be kind to your Dentist office heros they deserve it.

The staff was friendly and did a great job. Carrie, who did most of my evaluation, was fantastic. She was very efficient and thoughtful. She even fit me in for a cleaning because she had a 20 minute opening. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going to this dentist for years and they're always really nice they always get me and my family in to see the dentist as soon as they can yes it can be a couple weeks or months wait , I know a lot of people say they have problems with this dentist office, but I have never had a problem with this dentist office. Their receptionist Lindsey is the best I can call there and she's always so helpful she always knows what she's doing and I just cannot say enough about her she is a very very good receptionist.

Receptionist Lindsey is an absolute delight. She is always so polite and friendly. Also so patient with me and always goes above and beyond to get me in and answers any questions . As someone who has a lot of anxiety going to the dentist she makes the whole experience so much easier.

Today was my 2nd appointment at Advantage Dental, I had been extremely nervous for my extraction, the whole process went very well I had absolutely no pain during the extraction and I don't have any now!! Thank-you Dr.Dailey and Advantage Dental!!! I definitely recommend Advantage Dental!!

Just like numerous other posters here, I had the same experience with canceled appointments. Don't bother trying to book here if you are a new patient. First attempt was last May to be seen in late September. Receptionist calls and cancels me the morning of. Second attempt was appointment made in November to wait until January. Same thing... receptionist calls and says they have to reschule due to not enough staff and too many patients. This is just for simple routine cleaning. Apparently they are rather famous for "overbooking". Good luck if you call here.

For reference I got a wisdom tooth pulled-

So 1st they didn't give me anything for anxiety (which i was in tears when i walked in). 2nd my appointment was at 1, I ended up going back at 1:30, 3rd I was back there for like an hour waiting to even be seen. 4th (this part made me the most mad) so after they pulled the tooth and where putting the stitches in, something hit my uvula so I started throwing up all over the place THEY WOULDN'T LET ME SIT UP SO I WAS ASPERATING MY OWN VOMIT before they had the suction thing clear back in my throat which made me throw up more. I'm calling Monday to switch dentists, never going back.

Thry call me the day before and say I need to be there to sign papers for the next days appointment. I show only to be told that they won't work on me unless my 'driver' is present today. 3 hours later convince them. Next day, nothing but anxiety meds they rip out 6 teeth in 39 minutes and send me out the door. 2 weeks now without pain meds and I'm still writhing in pain.

I have had numerous cancellations and my time is just as valuable as theirs. I would advise finding someone else first. Or you will be stuck with a cavity that gets worse because it is left untreated.
