Went to the clinic for the first time today to get one of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Traynor and her assistant Kayce were the sweetest ladys I've ever been to. The procedure was very fast, and painless. Also Thank you to Michael at the front desk for all your help as well. I definitely will be coming back ♡♡

I’ve been waiting two months to get my tooth fixed. Which I broke down to the nerve. The lady told me they wanted to wait until it healed. Okay whatever no biggie now. They cancelled last minute. The day of the appointment and moved me to October! This is not the first time they cancelled. They just lost a customer. I will never go back again!

My Step-daughter's best friend is staying with us for the summer. Last week She broke a molar to the gym line.
As soon as I found out, we stopped by Advantage Dental in Coos Bay to set up an appointment.
Michael was working behind the desk and as soon as he heard what was wrong, he slipped into the back to speak to the Dr. and he was right back with us to say they'll get her right back!!! Michael was FANTASTIC, compassionate, and kind.
My step-daughters best friend was treated immediately and is now out of pain.

These people took my daughter in two weeks ago because the one in Bandon cancled her (waited two weeks) appointment due to new baby. Terrible planning. So two weeks ago they said come back in two weeks. Two weeks later (today) they said no because its not her regular dentist. She has been in pain for over a month and advantage dental could have told her two weeks ago they were going to do nothing but instead strung her along THEN did absolutely nothing! As a father watching his daughter in pain for the last month, this is unacceptable and disgusts me to no end! They should be ashamed!

I am doing this review because I am excited that I was able to get some dental work done. I have anxiety about dentist and first person I met at advantage dental was a guy named Michael. He was nice and made me laugh allot. I totally forgot about being scared. Dr Campbell and his assistants were very comforting and did a good job. I hope every visit to the dentist is like this. I’m excited to go back.

Dr Pham is totally awesome! The best dentist I've had in years, and his compassion and professionalism is second to none. The whole crew was amazing, his assistant Kambel, and the office girls Erica and Naoni make it a truly wonderful experience! Thx again guys

Nothing short of superb. My hygienist besides being adorable was spot on. I had a painful tooth that the dentist fit into her schedule and had pulled in no time at all. The after care instructions were excellent and I'm doing great thanks to them.

Brian Pham, DMD, whom I affectionately refer to as Doogie Howser, is one of the finest dentists I known! He is professional, pleasant & knowledgeable. WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Unprofessional service the staff is horrible, rude, and condescending. The office manager is on her cell phone while I stand at the window waiting and waiting. They always cancel my appointment at the window and then lie about calling me about it and they never answer there phone! Do not waste your time going here because they will waste your time and never get anywhere only to end up needing a root canal or losing your teeth because of there horrible practices!!!
