Timberhill Dental - Corvallis

I'm new to Corvallis and a new patient at Timberhill Dental. So far I'm quite impressed with the service. Being uninsured, I "interviewed" several local dental practices to get an idea of rates & quality of service. At several offices the administrative staff looked disinterested and/or couldn't quote me exact prices for their basic services. In contrast, Jackie at Timberhill was super friendly. She took the time to write down the fees for their common services and made sure I knew what to expect for an emergency visit (I was coming in for a tooth infection). The waiting room was comfortable (although the wait was short), and Dr. Black was kind and gave me a referral to a great endodontist. I'll definitely be returning to Timberhill for my routine visits.

Every visit I have had at Dr. Kurt Black's office - Timberhill Dental, has been excellent. I always leave feeling surprised that the visit goes so well and that the staff make me smile so much! I usually make my appointments first thing in the morning and my wait is almost nothing once I arrive. I am greeted with smiles and warm wishes. My dental hygienist Anne, is wonderful, with great conversation, skill and quality care. She is like an old friend who you just pick up the conversation with after 6 months apart. She remembers that I need the Glide floss and is always looking out for me. Dr. Black is thorough and a real expert. I can tell he cares for each patient individually. When my appointment is over, I am scheduled for my next cleaning with no hassle at all. What an expert, efficient and friendly office! I think it would be great to work at this office!

Also, one time we had snow and ice and my hygienist couldn't make it in due to the roads. But they were able to accommodate my appointment easily with another hygienist and it worked out just great.

I would highly recommend Timberhill Dental for their expert, quality and caring work. Also, you can have a paraffin hand dip while you have your teeth cleaned. What's better than that?

Very caring and professional. Best place around to get any dental work done, by far. Conscientious to any of your dental fears. I can genuinely say that I love all of the staff at Timberhill Dental.

Just had 2 crowns "installed". The new procedures used by Dr. Black are the quickest and most comfortable of any dental restoration procedure I've had. Only 1 visit for a complete, permanent crown. (Not the old 2 visit procedure -- one get a temporary, wait 2 weeks, then another to install the permanent.) This new crown technology provides better looking, better fitting crowns than the old technology could ever hope to achieve.

This was my first visit. It was a pretty nice experience. The reception was very interested to me and paying good attention. The procedure is well explained as well. The hygienist was very friendly and paid good attention to her job. The doctor was good, too. He explained the procedure and steps clearly. Overall it was a great experience. I guess they are trying to facilitate an environment where patient's "dentist-phobia" is mitigated as much as possible.

The tooth that was causing me problems had a root canal and crown. An X-ray showed the root structure broken, which happens with older treated teeth. Dr. Black removed the crown and post plus washed it out with a peroxide solution. Bad tasting and glad to have the treatment done. Now a few days later no more pain!

I hate going to the dentist and yet this place makes it so much easier to get what I need done. They are gentle, caring, precise, and work with you in all dental aspects. I have never left there running and never to come back again which I have done at several dental offices which lead to my not getting dental care for 11 years due to those experiences. And then I chose here and do not regret my choice ever!

Dr. Black and his staff are top notch. This is what customer service and true care looks like. Dr. Black himself called my the day after a procedure to check on me. Never have I experienced this level of care. You should book an appointment. Now!

I loved feeling like a princess today on my birthday! I actually felt incredibly spoiled with the wax manicure and the Essence oil and the Starbucks gift card. I loved the dental hygienist Anne. She has amazing customer service skills as well as Naquia. I’m going for a follow up for 3 fillings since ya home girl loves sweets. Totally looking forward to it. 10/10, come here and have an amazing time.

Have never had a good dental experience in life until going to this place best dentist hands down ever would refer anyone who needs dental work and have found my dentist for life. Thanks so much am very happy and appreciative of your work .
