Dr. Backer’s office is great! I have been taking my 2 sons there since their very first cleanings! They see Terra for cleanings and she is so great with them. Today my 5 year old had to get a couple of cavities filled, and Dr. Backer and his assistant, Tricia, did sooooo good with him. I was worried he wouldn’t hold still, but they made it fun for him and were very expedient. I highly recommend him!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Backer's office. They are super friendly, professional and great at what they do. I've had fillings, teeth whitening, wisdom teeth pulled and many cleanings here and have always been 100% satisfied with the care and results I have recieved. The office staff is also really great with kids making them feel at ease, whether they are in the dental chair or just waiting for their parents. My family seriously loves this office, we always walk away with a smiles full of clean teeth!

I've been going to Dr. Backer's office every 6 months since I moved here almost 5 years ago and I've never had a single bad experience. In fact, I'm always surprised by how much I actually enjoy going there. The front desk staff is always warm and friendly and will work with me when I want to make payments since I don't have dental coverage, the hygienists are gentle, thorough and get me out of there in less than an hour and Dr. Backer is always willing to stay and chat with me if I have questions or just want to shoot the breeze for a minute. I would totally recommend this office for your dental needs. Every single person I've encountered there has been great, without exception!

Great Office the staff is friendly and knows what they're doing. I broke a front tooth. It needed a dreaded root canal and a crown. I have been in the dental chair many times and this is the first time I can remember it not hurting. I had the root canal done and a new crown made all in the same day. The technology Dr. Backer has in his office is pretty amazing. I did not have to have a bunch of impressions, or wear a temporary crown and come back for another appointment. When I left the office my tooth was completely restored and looked great. They took great care in matching the color and took into consideration the treatment I was going to need in the future,so in the end everything will match, and look natural. Thank You Dr. Backer and Staff. I will recommend you to my friends and family!

My husband was super happy with his service Thursday. Went in with a broken tooth and an infection. They did the X-ray, pulled the tooth and set up a treatment plan that works with our busy schedule. Oh and they STAYED LATE to do it. Talk about exceptional customer service! Thank you Dr. Backer and the assistant who stayed to help!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Backer for many years, as well as my husband, daughters and extended family. Not only is he an amazing dentist who genuinely cares about his patients, but he has an awesome staff with the same philosophy!!! From the girls in the back to the girls in the front office, they all care very much about each patient and their needs whether it be health wise or financially. ANYTIME we have needed something, we communicated this to them and they did whatever they could to make it work, always listening to our needs as well as concerns. This means the world to me and my family!! Thank you Dr. Backer and your wonderful staff!!!!

Amazing Dr. and staff. This was my first time visiting this office and they were all very welcoming and conscientious of my care. My physical care and my financial/insurance options were very clear and billed accordingly.

I have been a patient for years and would recommend to all my friends and family. All areas of the office are exceptional, dentist and staff!! I appreciate the insurance help and all the amazing work- such a friendly group!

The low rating is not for the services of Dr. Backer who is largely an excellent practitioner, however, for a very unpleasant encounter with the office staff. What started as a relatively small misunderstanding escalated into a truly unpleasant conflict with simply the most disrespectful encounter I have ever had in a business environment. Ever. I am still aghast at this. I wish the office had taken steps to make reparations or resolve the matter but I am never going to go back.

Very friendly but professional at the same time. Unlike some places I've been, he was not in a rush to get the job done and get rid of me. He was very concerned with any sort of pain I had during the procedure. I will definitely be coming back.
