Advantage Dental+ | Eugene 17th Ave.

Went in to have my teeth worked on and repaired, during a "routine" cleaning the nurse penetrated an abcess releasing it into my face. After this happened I returned seeking help they refused to do the necessary root canal to stop it instead now insisisting extraction is the only solution when i returned for help on feb23 2017 when i was inside someone came along and stole my bicycle off the rack directly in front of the office and of course they have no security cameras.
I still have yet to even meet the doctor I am asssigned to and have been seen by 2 others instead ,After my next meeting with them i am seeking a new dentist. Hurting me and having my property stolen and then refusing to perform whats needed to help because its easier for them to rip out teeth than fix them is not ok for anyone anywhere or anytime

One of the best places I been to very friendly and have the up most respect for their clients. I came in several times and every time they have been awesome to me. This last time I came in it was an emergency and they took me to the back looked me over and took care of me. Thank you so much for looking at me Gabrielle Weishoff for treating me. You are a life saver.

Dr. Weishoff is so very efficient and highly skilled, I would most definitely recommend loved ones to this clinic for care. Everything was clean and the nice music added a subtle soothing ambiance. Go on,give Advantage a go!

The Dentist and Assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. My overall experience was a positive one. However, it took about 15 minutes just to check out. The front office staff was very busy with other patients.

they broke my tooth while "checking" it for weak spots. dentist aggressively pushed tools into my teeth and I literally felt it crack. a tooth that has Never had any problems has been bothering me since then. I'm saving money to go to Mexico for future dental work. something is severely wrong when citizens of a "first world" country have to save to go to a "third world" country for proper and affordable dental care:/

The clinic needs investigated for insurance fraud and human rights + disease control violations. Look at all these fake reviews submitted within one month to bump their rating up.... did they offer a bonus to employees to cover up their terrible rating? This is a 1.5 Star clinic. Patients are treated like trash and it’s extremely dirty.

Best dentist easily in Eugene ... I've never had a more communicative ,quick , easy , time at any dentist or even doctor . Dr. Andrews is amazing, excellent staff, thank you all at Advantage Dental, plus very pricing

I have been attending the Advantage Dental Clinic in Eugene W 17th Ave, and they have always treated me very well. I feel like they are doing an excellent work and that they are not trying to be fancy and get unnecessary money out of me.

Worst dental experience of my life. As a former dental assistant I am never fearful of the dentist, until I went to advantage dental. Before the procedure began, the dentist was physically upset about the amount of "work" needed to repair my tooth and threw instruments on the floor. I was chocking on bleach during a root canal with Dr. Kelly Andrews. I had tears running down my face and neither the dentist or assistant allowed for a pause, a spit and rinse or to even ask if I was ok. Afterwards I called & spoke with a receptionit about this & was not given any information abut a grievance policy or how to file a complaint. Not a word of condolance. Nothing. I am currently shopping around for amother dentist.

I'm not to keen on going to dentist, but I found Advantage Dental, to be helpful, getting me threw the all the processes to keeping my smile, that's important to me, I have only experienced positive interaction with Advantage Dental. Thank you
