MY 65 YR OLD SENIOR FRIEND, who has anxiety + thought they would use nitrous oxide to put to sleep for ALL TEETH to be removed. WHAT!! They shot w novacain, as she screamed from the dental chair I had to leave office.
Not to mention they are EXTREMELY HARD TO TALK TO, GET A LIVE PERSON. I had to drive to this location to cancel a surgery date she had ealier in the month.( after 2 dsys of her & I both leaving messages) on that 105* day in EUGENE ( she has NO A/C)
In addition we were given
NO WRITTEN instructions, NO GAUZE to put in her mouth afterwards. I am talking about a person who had NO FUNDS at the end month, due to limited income.
This was the worst experience at a dental office in my entire 55 yr life.
I guess one should know that a biusness of this type has ISSUES when there is a professionally printed place card on the reception desk that talks about # no loud or boisterous voices
# right to refuse service ( yes common) but at a dental office???!
Oh I am on such a rant right now.
Please please if you or a friend/family member are on insurance that tries to MAKE U USE THIS PLACE fight for your RIGHTS!

I had some deep cleaning done, which required lots of injections. Usually, those injections hurt, even though they're to prevent pain; but the lady who gave them to me, did so, almost painlessly. I'm amazed, and relieved.

Horable uncaring dentist they just want the money. Herded like cattle. They almost killed my grandson by neglect. Their denture tech is good. I recomend him. Otherwise I would give negative stars.

I have had no problems with the dentist's who I have had work on my teeth. When I've had no problems getting in to have my dentures fixed when I need adjustments made.

The only real problem is that I have stage 4 metestatic small cell lung cancer. The appointment for my fillings isn't till October. My prognosis doesn't go past August . My sister will let you know when that happens.

The dentist service was excellent. They were nice and the atmosphere is crystal clear! I get a free toothbrush, everytime I go to the dentist. :) I’m smiling, as if I was in heaven!
