Had an emergency tooth pull. My insurance offered they're office as a last resort. I pray no one ever has to go there. Dentist is assertive and pushy, was in a hurry had absolutely no bedside mannor. His assistant was very nice and so was the staff. His behavior got worse when I needed a minute to collect myself and he proceeded to get critical. It was extremly embarrassing. Completely the worst dental experience at any office I've ever had. Honestly...

OMG! Pleasant customer service from the staff. I tried to get an appointment in April. Because of the pandemic I was not able to schedule, however they kept me posted when they could accept new patients and they did.
Several months later I was able to secure an appointment in August for some denture repairs. From the time I made my appointment back in July until my final appointment they were the most amazing place to really treat their customers with the most utmost customer service. I must say Danae and Dr. Bill treated and gave me the greatest service for what I went there for. I must say everyone at this place were awesome. I thank them walked out with the greatest smile I had ever shown. Thank you to all at the Advantage Dental on W 17th Avenue in Eugene, OR. And yes I would highly recommend this place for all your dental need. TOP NOTCH in my books.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed; as I am 20 years in age, I'm sure you can imagine that I was apprehensive about the procedure. However, the entire staff is very friendly and they do a wonderful job of creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Cheng's assistant did a great job of explaining the aftercare and they were happy to answer any of my questions. Dr. Cheng did not put me under (it was unnecessary, and I was saved hundreds of dollars), and talked me through the surgery as it was happening, making it a surprisingly comfortable experience. He was very thorough, very fast, and very friendly. Excellent service all around!

The dentist I saw, and the folks that work in the back were extremely helpful, polite and professional. I really liked them. However one of the ladies working in the front office is extremely rude and unprofessional. That is unfortunate for the hardworking folks in the back. I understand that the lady up front was very busy, however that does not entitle her to be rude. She truly acted as if every person that came in the office was an annoyance to her, and she made what was a good experience a little jaded. I will return to this dentist, just hoping she is no longer there!

The staff here is Phenomenal! Rendy at the front desk is a button! Holly is amazing and real! The Dr. was Quiet seemed very focused but he was Gangster and got my tooth extracted under 60 sec this is not a exaggeration!! The Staff is fun, willing to help anyway they can fit me right in for an Emergency appt! The only downside is not having a local number to get them immediately but they are a sweet group and ill be back for further work on my teeth.

I’ve been going to advantage dental for 3-4 years and have always had a great experience. I’ve had the usual, routine checkups as well as a few more involved procedures. The staff and doctors at Advantage Dental have always made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

Advantage Dental is amazing and the receptionist and all the assistants and Dentists are so sweet and gentle and really calming. I will always come back at ease. I’m so thankful to get dental work done. Working with Advantage Dental is difficult. It seems to me that the clinic on 17th is fairly indifferent to clientele. They do not create a personal atmosphere, my feeling is that they treat a ton of OHP patients and have a get them in and get them out attitude. Some ladies at the front desk are nice, one in particular though is a very cranky condescending lady. The scheduling of appointments is insane. They are usually scheduling MONTHS out. The dentist that I see is ok, the hygienists seem to be hit or miss. If the corporate office wants to handle the business as a cattle call they achieve their goals. I’m glad that they’re there but I wish they would make me feel that they enjoyed their work.
