Concepts Dentistry

Had my Teeth cleaned at Concept Dentistry by Rhodana yesterday & she was once again professional, courteous, & respectful . My wife and I are grateful to have Atef Masak DDS & his wonderful and professional team Mary Beth & Melissa as our Dentist Experts. We recommend this team for your DENTAL issues.

I am not a patient at Concepts Dentistry; but you can bet your bottom dollar that if I lived in Eugene- there is not another General Dentist that I would rather be treated by.

In 2020 I had the privilege to work with Dr. Atef Masak in public health at the foot of the pandemic. I can honestly say that Dr. Masak is the reason I pushed through the difficulties of working during Covid in an underserved community that was desperately grasping for care; leaving our team exhausted day in and day out.

Atef was the first DDS I had ever assisted after school. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor and friend to help me through the fire. I learned so very much during our time in OHP and I can confidently say that I am still working in Dentistry to this day because of his patience, care and support.

He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and is always seeking to better himself and improve in his craft. Atef is an endless fountain of wisdom and skill. His attention to detail paired with his deep desire to help and educate makes him absolutely invaluable to both patients and the Dental Professionals he works with.

I am giving a proud and shiny five star review without being a patient because I know; personally, the hardworking and skilled Dentist running the show. He will not disappoint you. I highly recommend anyone seeking a new DDS to give Concepts Dentistry a call.

I’ve never had a more relaxing visit to a dentist! My hygienist, Emily, was thorough and wonderful. Tammy, the receptionist, made us feel right at home.

The entire team at Concepts Dentistry is really there because they care and want to help people. I highly recommend them.
Recently, I was having the most severe tooth pain I’ve ever experienced, on a Sunday of course. I called the office expecting to leave a message for them to call me first thing in the morning on Monday.
On the answering machine, there was a number to call for emergencies, so, I did. The office manager Rachel picked up, listened to me and my concerns and told me she would call Dr. Masak. When Dr. Masak called me back, not but 10 minutes later, he kindly asked me to give him a little time and opened the office up on a Sunday (Mothers day I might add) to see me. He performed an root canal right then and there, prescribed me antibiotics and took extra time to assure I was okay. He even had Rachel call to check on me the next day.
Not once did he seem rushed or annoyed at being there on his day off in the slightest. Instead, he was genuinely kind, empathetic, and compassionate and I will forever be grateful. Thank you Dr. Masak (and family)

I am a new patient with concepts and they are amazing!!! They’re so friendly and make sure you are doing okay through out the exam. I recommend Dr Masak! Super awesome and made things easy and simple.

I highly recommend Concepts Dentistry. Dr. Masak pays great attention to detail and is very gentle and friendly. He is obviously up to date on the newest techniques. The dental hygienists are great. Concepts is a homey, independent dental office and much better and more personal than the chain dental offices where I've gone in the past.

I actually haven't been to Concept Dentistry yet but I wanted to alert you that Brenda's lousy review here led me to look online at the rest of Brenda's reviews which were all only one out of five stars. So take her with a grain of salt. She reviewed another dentist in the same exact month and Trader Joe's (!) as only one out of five.

Dr. Weinstien is a great dentist. After her previous receptionist retired, Petra, things have gone down hill. It take well over a month to be seen, good luck if you have an emergency. Scheduling has been a nightmare. I was supposed to have a checkup and cleaning and when I got there the receptionist only made it for a cleaning. I had to schedule to come back in a month. So I did. When I came back they said I had 2 cavities to be filled without ever notifying me (found via xray). The dentist was ready to fill them and I and the the hygienist said it was just an exam after talking about it, they didn't have the time anyways. Round three. I show up today for the appointment written down on my appointment card and they tell me its next week, they don't know why it was written down that way. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with a receptionist who doesn't know what they are doing and go somewhere else. If Dr. Weinstien gets a different receptionist I would consider going back and raising the rating from 2 to 5 stars.

Dr. Weinstein and especially Dr. LaRue are the best! This is the nicest most professional office I have been to in decades. I am a lifelong patient now. Dr. LaRue was extremely patient with me, explained the procedure so I could understand it, and made the whole experience more fun than I thought getting a filling could be. Never even felt the shot and the entire procedure was the smoothest I can remember. I almost fell asleep in the chair. I will definitely be seeing Dr. LaRue again for all my dental needs. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality dentist.

Dr Weinstein is an AWESOME dentist, she is very conscientious and dedicated to her patients. I highly recommend her and her staff... you will not be disappointed!
