I have been with Dr. Park and his staff for about 10 years now; They are very friendly and I trust his recommendations on the work I need done. If your looking for a new dentist give them a call.

I have grandchildren that here. They have never had a problem. They are special needs and finding gentle and effecient dentistry is important. Dr Park and his staff have done a wonderful job with them! I am going to make an appointment myself... That is how confident I am about this clinic.

My son's first visit was great. No problems. But... Called today to cancel an appointment and the female individual answers the phone as a personal phone. No greeting no name no office name . I told her that I was calling to cancel an appointment and repeated myself 2 to 4 times. In the middle of the conversation she told me that I was calling Oregon Family Dental and I said yes I am . She sounded very cocky. She then came around to say if I didn't call to reschedule that I need to let them know that we are not coming back so she doesn't have to keep on following up. Okay now at this point I'm having second thoughts about being an established patient here. If this is how you'll get treated for cancelling an appointment that's really bad business.

I've had a few dentists in the last 5 years, and Dr. John Park has been the most thorough and welcoming. My work has looked great, and the whole staff is proficient with technique that gives minimal pain.

I've had a lot of dental work done over the past few decades and recently moved to the Eugene area. I found OFD through Yelp.
Dr. Park has excellent dentistry skills and chair side manner. I was surprised at how painless even the initial shots of Novacaine were. Any and all questions I had were fully explained. Two additional features that make OFD a five star business are the facility design and the support staff.
When you walk into the office, you walk into a very relaxing, homey, and light filled waiting area with an adjacent, easy to observe kiddie area. But the treatment area is where the thoughtful design really works. Unlike other dental offices with little rooms or cubicles, this treatment area has roomy cubicles with a very high ceiling and huge windows across the length of the building, letting in tons of light, but the outside landscaping provides privacy. The space naturally makes you feel very relaxed and non-stressed.
Everyone seems to genuinely like each other and work together very well. No matter how good a doctor is, if his front office sucks, it will affect his business and piss me off, so I pay extra attention to the service I get in front office. I am happy to say that Dr. Park's front office is efficient, friendly, and well managed. His back office staff is equally professional!
To me, oral health is critical to overall health and I consider my dentist as essential as a family physician. I am so happy to have lucked out and found OFD!

It is never fun to visit the dentist. However, Oakmont Family Dental makes me feel at home. The staff is amazing and they greet their clients with a friendly, warm attitude. Not only this, they always remember my name and my “stories” and in today’s age, this uncommon. My dentist is Dr. Jeb Andrus and he is a wonderful man and dentist. I receive phone calls from Jeb after a procedure to make sure I am doing well. Amazing!

In response to Mr. Falk's review, we do apologize for the experience that you and your wife had at our office. An assistant did not do your wife's fillings. It was done by our associate dentist at the time. She is no longer employed at our office. And Dr. Park stands by his work. If you are unhappy with the work that was done, please feel free to contact our office to have it evaluated. Lastly, we have no control over what insurance companies pay for certain procedures. We do our best to give accurate estimates, but it is ultimately up to the patient to know their individual plans.
